SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items will be shipped between 3-5 working days of the payment clearing and will be sent by Royal mail. Delivery time will depend on your location.
There is FREE postage on all UK orders.
Shipping time will change for custom orders, but this will be discussed when you order.
Delivery time will depend on your location and time of year (Christmas post may delay parcels). Please note: all items are shipped from the UK so international parcels will take longer to arrive..​
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your order is lost or damaged in the post, please do not hesitate in contacting us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are not happy with the item you have received, we will be happy to refund you if it gets back to us in the same condition. You have 14 days to discuss refunds with us, starting from the day you receive the item. However, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping/postage.
We want you to be satisfied with your item(s), so please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy, so we can sort out any issues.
Refunds are not valid on custom orders, unless faulty.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items sent outside the UK could be valid for customs fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these fees are paid.
We cannot be responsible for any issues or refusals by Customs. If you are unsure about your country's laws and custom rules, please check them before you purchase.
